Mission and vision

We, Eric and Marianne Meerdink, bought Camping Walsheim in august 2018. We are a Dutch couple with lots of camping experience. For a long time, we dreamed of running our own campsite and make our own ideas on great camping a reality.

What we aim for is a fun and lively campsite for both young and old campers.

Part of our campsite has year-round pitches, and the other part is for tourist campers (trailers, RVs and tents). We like to greet both groups of campers at our campsite. It contributes to the continuity and nice atmosphere of our campsite. Because then there are always guests, and the coming and going tourist campers make for a lively and diverse environment.

Due to the demand for easy and comfortable camping, we have invested in the purchase of fully equipped safari tents in recent years.
